We love tea at thirteen:fourteen.  We drink so many cups in a day that we thought it would be fun to share with you some of our favourites.  Not only does tea taste great and keep you refreshed and hydrated, it can also be really beneficial for your health and wellbeing.  We've picked some of our favourite's that come in bags today but look out for our loose tea picks soon too.

1.  Pukka Turmeric Gold - We all know Turmeric is good for us and we love getting a daily dose of it in tea form from these teabags.  Turmeric is anti-inflammatory and it boosts your immune system and eases digestion too.  This is a beautiful and strong tasting flavour, we love the mix of cardamom, lemon, licorice and green tea.  We love drinking this when we feel a cold or flu coming on as it gives our system a real boost, perfect for helping you fight the winter sniffles too.

2. Pukka Elderberry & Echinacea - These teabags give you a beautiful and warming cup of berry flavoured tea.  This has a mix of Elderberry, Echinacea, beetroot, aniseed, elderflower and ginger.  You need these teabags in your life for the cold days and nights ahead, they are perfect for this time of year.  Echinacea has so many benefits for your health and the mix of other ingredients  give your vitamin levels a boost too.  Take this tea to help with headaches, tummy troubles and to detoxify and cleanse your system.

3.  Dragonfly Vanilla Rooibos - Rooibos (ROY-BOSS) is our cupboard staple at thirteen:fourteen, we are never without it.  It would take a day in itself to list all the benefits that rooiboos has for your body and health, it really is a super powered tea.  Some of the wonders of it are that it has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, it helps your bones stay strong, it has a wealth of vitamins and minerals in it, it can treat allergies and is an amazing immune booster too. And that is only a handful of the goodness that it can do for you.  We love normal Rooibos tea but when we found this one infused with natural bourbon vanilla we fell even harder in love with it.  The taste is soft and beautiful with a real freshness to it.  At the first sign of a sore throat or feeling run down, we head straight for a cup of rooibos to help us feel better and it always does.

4.  Twinings Pure Camomile  - This is our all time favourite tea.  Its got the most beautiful soft flavour and is just a joy to drink.  We use this when we have any kind of digestive troubles or tummy trouble.  We also love it when we have menstrual cramp as the camomile soothes our muscles and eases the pain from the cramping.  What Camomile is most famous for though, is its ability to calm you down and restore a sense of ease to your mind when things are a little overwhelming.  We can't recommend it enough.
